A proposed class action lawsuit has been filed against Organigram, after the recent recall due to pesticides that were found in their products.
The lawsuit was filed by Wagners Law Firm on Friday with the Nova Scotia Supreme Court.
It currently names one plaintiff who alleges they suffered negative affects due to the affected product that was recalled.
Wagners Law Firm is currently registering others who were also affected.
The two pesticides that were found in the medical marihuana, can cause headaches, dizziness, nausea and vomiting when burned.
