So, I talked about this, this morning, one of the weirdest inventions from the 1950’s, It was called the “Neck Brush.” It looked like some medieval torture device. The idea was, to clean a child’s neck without the use of soap and water. Using a “Bristled-collar” (yes, I said, Bristled!), the neck-brush was designed and intended to scrub your kid’s neck and keep it clean while they played. Well that just sounds evil, use some soap for Pete’s sake!
