PANB Seeks Three-Year Vehicle Registration

The People’s Alliance leader is calling for a three-year motor vehicle registration in New Brunswick.

Kris Austin said this would be the next step in their efforts to help New Brunswickers keep more of their money.

Austin said his party helped change the requirements of motor vehicle inspections from annually to every two years.

“This change was widely received as positive and we want to build on that with a three-year optional discounted vehicle registration,” said Austin in a statement Wednesday.

Annual vehicle registrations would still be available, said Austin, but the three-year discounted option would allow people to save time and money.
