Phase 2 of the construction at the Loch Lomond Villa is underway.
A 90-bed replacement facility is being built at a cost close to $22 million.
Phase 1 was completed in December 2012 and it consisted of the construction of a new $30 million dollar 100-bed facility.
When its all finished, the Loch Lomond Villa facility will feature a total of 190 beds.
