A 29 year old man in trouble after a window was shot out at a home on Harrington Street around midnight.
Another home on Newman street was also damaged.
Sgt. Jay Henderson of the City police says after a traffic stop at the corner of Briden and Adelaide a man was found with a bb gun in his car.
He says three young kids were found in the car at the time of his arrest and the Department of Social Development has been notified.
The man was released on conditions facing charges of damage, mischief and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
