The two victims of a shooting on Waterloo Street early Sunday morning have been released from hospital.
Police issued an update to the incident Wednesday evening, saying they have laid charged against a 19-year-old man.
A woman, also taken into custody as a result of the shooting, was released without charges.
The force’s major crime unit is continuing its investigation.
