Police searching for vehicle linked to possible arson, assault cases

Police are asking for the public’s help after linking a black Honda Civic to recent incidents in the St. Stephen and St. George areas.

RCMP believe the vehicle is tied to cases of arson and assault with a weapon.

Mounties say the car has a New Brunswick licence plate, JMY 601, and is missing its front bumper.

While no photo of the car is available, police say any information from the community could help with the investigation.

Anyone who has seen the vehicle or has details that could assist police is encouraged to call the RCMP at 506-755-1130.

Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
