A poll released by Nanos Research has found three in four Canadians agree or somewhat agree that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau should stand up to the incoming U.S. President Donald Trump as the champion of progressive values even if it strains Canada-US relations.
The same poll reveals 77 per cent of Canadians think Trudeau should invite Trump to first visit Canada while16 per cent are opposed.
