The results of a new poll shows the New Brunswick Liberals and Progressive Conservatives nearly neck and neck when it comes to support from voting-age New Brunswickers.
About 770 residents over the age of 18 were polled by Mainstreet Research and found that Brian Gallant and his party have 41.1-percent support while the PCs under Blaine Higgs have 39.7-percent.
Meantime, the Green Party and the NDP also find themselves with just about the same amount of support with the Greens at nearly 10-percent and the NDP at 9.3-percent.
The president and CEO of Mainstreet Research Quito Maggi says in a release that this looks like a dead heat and a two horse race between Gallant and Higgs.
