It’s a deja Vu for many in Charlotte County this morning.
NB Power reporting 3150 in Charlotte County are once again without power.
The utilities website states the outages are in Pennfield, Lepreau, and Blacks Harbour.
Power wasn’t fully restored for some people in Charlotte County for two weeks following Hurricane Arthur, which struck down July 5th.
