Saint John Energy is reporting 266 homes and businesses in the uptown are without power along King Street from Germain to Charlotte, King Square and Charlotte Strert from Union Street to King Square South.
There’s no word yet on what caused the outage or estimated time of restoration.
NB Power reports over 4 thousand homes and businesses are without electricity with almost all of them in the Fredericton area. There are outages reported in the Kennebecasis Valley.
