Students at two schools in Grand Bay-Westfield are getting an early start to their weekend.
Inglewood School and Westfield Elementary School are closing early Friday due to a power outage.
The Anglophone South School District announced the closure just after 9:30 a.m.
NB Power is reporting nearly 600 customers without electricity in Grand Bay-Westfield.
Power is expected to be restored between 11 a.m. and noon, according to the utility.
