The lights are back on for nearly 200 Saint John Energy customers on the city’s east side.
Close to 170 customers in the area of Westmorland Road, Retail Drive, Depot Court, Mark Drive and Consumers Drive lost their power around 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Around the same time, Saint John police posted on Twitter about power lines being down on Westmorland Road at Depot Court.
Westmorland Road was closed to all traffic between Ellerdale Street and Consumers Drive.
Power was restored to all customers by 7:45 p.m. Tuesday.
All power has been restored to the affected customers at WESTMORLAND RD/RETAIL DR/DEPOT CRT/MARK DR/CONSUMERS. If you are still experiencing any issues please contact us at 658-5252.
