Premier Shawn Graham says he has complete confidence in Donald Arsenault, who’s taking on the responsibilities of Deputy Premier. Graham says he needs a deputy now while he didn’t need one in 2006 because he doesn’t want the preparation of a party platform and nomination of candidates to interfere with governing the province. The Premier says he decided to make cabinet changes four months before the next election because he had a number of vacancies on his hands.
