A 43-year-old man facing an attempted murder charge has been denied bail and will remain in custody.
Michael Price was charged after a man was beaten in the head at the corner of Canterbury and Princess Streets in Saint John, N.B. back on August 1st, 2019.
A publication ban was imposed by Judge Andrew Palmer on the details of the case during a bail hearing Thursday afternoon.
The matter was adjourned until November 22nd, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
