The PWHL is expanding.
Vancouver will become the seventh team in the Professional Women’s Hockey League.
The team will start play next season, and their home rink will be the Pacific Coliseum, the former home of the Canucks.
A team name will be decided at a later date.
Vancouver becomes the fourth Canadian franchise.
