Quispamsis Delays Due Date For Utility Bills

Quispamsis residents who are struggling financially during the pandemic are getting some relief from the town.

Council voted this week to delay the due date for utility bills which come out in April.

Payments are normally due on May 15, but that date has been changed to July 15.

Residents are still encouraged to pay in May if they are able to do so.

Council also voted to give $1,500 to the KV Food Bank to help families who have been affected and encouraged their Rothesay counterparts to do the same.
