Quispamsis town council deciding to move forward with a town wide garbage collection, which will include curbside recycling.
Quispamsis Mayor Murray Driscoll says the majority of residents will save money, compared to what they pay for garbage collection now.
He says residents with homes worth less then $650,000 will save money.
Driscoll says there’s only one way to get the money, though a tax increase of between 4 and 5 cents.
Curbside recycling will start in May of 2016.
