RCMP Seek Information Into Reported Child Luring In N.B.

RCMP are looking for more potential victims after the arrest of a man in connection with child luring.

Police say two teenage girls were reportedly contacted on Snapchat on January 21st.

They were reportedly told to meet a man in a parking lot at separate times between 1 and 4pm, at the Oromocto Superstore and in Anniversary park.

Police say the man was driving a white pickup truck with a black back rack.

Corporal Hans Ouellette is urging anyone using social media, to use caution and avoid meeting someone alone, even if it is in a familiar location.

Teens and their parents should also be talking regularly about how to be safe and aware online.
