There is no snow on the ground yet, but preparations are underway for this year’s Santa Claus parades.
The uptown Saint John parade takes place at 6 p.m. on Nov. 18, followed by the Lancaster parade at 1 p.m. on Nov. 25.
“Community” is the theme for both parades and the registration deadline is Nov. 10.
Meanwhile, the KV Santa Claus parade in Rothesay and Quispamsis is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Nov. 25, with the registration deadline on Nov. 15.
The theme is “A Silver Christmas” to mark the parade’s 25th anniversary this year.
Sussex will hold its annual Santa Claus parade at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 2 with a “Songs of Christmas” theme this year.
