Remnants Of Tropical Depression Gordon Hitting New Brunswick

Prepare to get soaked in Southern New Brunswick, that according to Environment Canada meteorologist Mel Lemmon.

He says we will experience the remnants of tropical depression Gordon.

“Forecasts could be as high as 40 mm of rain but local amounts could reach warning criteria with 50 mm from this event,” says Lemmon.

Lemmon says “There might be some gusty winds, nothing too high generally this will be a rainfall event with weaker winds around it.”

The storm system should be out of our area by tomorrow morning.
