Residents can now apply and purchase their annual residential parking permits through the HotSpot website or app, or at City Hall Customer Service Centre,during regular business hours, starting today, Tuesday, April 14, 2026.

Remember, you need to reapply each year and submit digital proof of residency. Note: permits won’t be renewed if there are outstanding parking tickets.
No need for a hanging tag in your vehicle! The digital permit system allows enforcement through licence plate recognition
