Canada’s favourite Jeopardy contenstant finished second in the masters tournament.
Mattea Roach took home another $250,000US after another strong showing on the popular trivia game.
The Nova Scotia native took on the games shows best over the past year in the masters – it’s Jeopardy’s version of the playoffs.
James Holzhauer ended up defeating Roach by just over 2,000 points.
Holzhauer won the first-ever Trebek Trophy – named for the late host Alex Trebek.
