Construction in the area of Rothesay Avenue and Rothesay Road will take a bit longer than expected.
Work has been ongoing since mid-August and was supposed to be done by this past Sunday.
But the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure says Rothesay Avenue will now remain closed at the railway overpass until Saturday.
The road is being reconfigured to allow for traffic lights at the intersection of Rothesay Avenue and Rothesay Road and the intersection of Rothesay Avenue and the Route 1 westbound exit ramp.
