The skating rink in Rothesay Common has been averaging 150 people a day.
That from Charles Jensen, Director of Parks and Recreation for the town of Rothesay.
Councillor Miriam Wells tells CHSJ news she’s pleased they kept track of the number of people using the rink.
She says there’s been very few days where the weather has forced the closure of the ice surface.
The rink at the Rothesay Common opened on December 21st.
A daily count is done six times a day to find the average number of people using the ice surface.
