That according to the Centre’s Andrew Keirstead who went before Common Council this week to talk about the merits of having the centre, and he is looking to get $125,000 in an operational grant from the city.
Keirstead says they have five galleries and bring in more than 10 thousand people per year along with conducting workshops that were attended by more than 1650 people in 2016.
