A statement has come out of the City of Saint John today, regarding the tragic incidents today.
Mayor Don Darling has requested that flags be flown at half mast.

He says they are deeply saddened by the tragic circumstances, and their thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.
The mayor has also offered their full support and they will be making resources available in the days ahead.
