Saint John police investigate Duke Street break-in

Saint John police are investigating a break-in and theft at a south end business.

It happened in the 10 block of Duke Street between 7:30 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. Friday.

Several items with a value of about $2,450 were taken from the business, according to investigators

One of the windows was also reported damaged as a result of the incident.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses or anyone in the area that has video surveillance.
