Saint John police launch aggressive driving campaign

The Saint John Police Force is launching another traffic safety campaign.

This week’s campaign will have officers focusing on aggressive driving.

Officials said the goal is to deter aggressive driving behaviours and hold offenders accountable.

Areas of focus will include speeding, tailgating, running lights, road rage, unsafe lane changes, and ignoring signage.

The campaign begins on Monday and continues through Friday.
