Saint John Police seized roughly $18-thousand dollars worth of illicit drugs after a bust on Wentworth Street.
Sergeant Chuck Breen says the acting officer detected a strong smell of marijuana coming from a vehicle.
Two men, aged 31 and 24, were arrested and charged for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, and are currently being held for court.
The bust happened at around 4 o’clock on Sunday afternoon.
Breen says a substantial amount of cash was seized as well.
