Saint John public beaches open Sunday

With summer starting on Thursday, Saint John is preparing to open its public beaches.

Starting on Sunday, there will be lifeguards on duty at four beaches from 10:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. daily.

The beaches include Lily Lake, Fisher Lakes, Dominion Park, and Little River Reservoir.

Splash pads at Market Place West, Rainbow Park, and Crescent Valley will also open this Wednesday.

They will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., according to the city.
