Saint John seeks Citizen of the Year nominations

Do you know someone who has made Saint John a better place to live?

The city is accepting nominations for its 2022 Citizen of the Year award.

It is presented to an individual, group, organization or business “that has made a significant impact and whose exemplary actions, volunteer efforts, achievements or contributions have made Saint John a better place to live.

Recipients can be nominated by a councillor or two members of the public. The deadline for nominations is March 31.

Up to three recipients will be selected and honoured at an awards ceremony on May 22.

Nominations can be made online by clicking here. Paper copies can be picked up at City Hall from Monday to Thursday between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
