Route changes at Saint John Transit will see a cut 3600 service hours this spring.
General Manager Frank McCarey says they will cut stops at the Maritime Opporotunites Agency on the west side and in the Spruce Lake Industrial Park.
He says they are reducing service hours but he thinks they are doing it in a way that gives the public the best transit they can offer.
With some bad news comes a little good news, McCarey says they will be increasing the frenquency in the main lines like the Regional hospital-UNB Saint John-Kings Square route. It currently runs every 30 minutes and will improve to every 15 minutes.
