Saint Johners Can Show Support For Quebec At A Vigil Tomorrow

Saint Johners have a chance to show support for the Muslim community in a vigil tomorrow.

The community feels it’s important to come together after a shocking and deadly terrorist attack on a Mosque in Quebec City.

Abdul Rahimi is a business owner and he tells us the response has been far reaching with calls from all over New Brunswick.

He says they have heard from friends, from the Mayor’s office, MP’s, churches, synagogues adding they really appreciate the cards, phone calls and flowers from the community.

The hour-long vigil hosted by the Muslim Association of New Brunswick is taking place outside City Hall on King street in Saint John beginning at 2pm tomorrow.
