Things are looking up in Saint John, at least judging by consumer confidence which is at its highest level in five years, according to Corporate Research Associates.
63 per cent of Saint Johnners, who were surveyed, say they are satisfied with the job Common Council is doing which is up from 57 per cent three months ago.
