The city will re-examine the serious erosion problem on the west side along Sand Cove Road as you’re heading towards the Irving Nature Park. West Side with a section down to one lane.
Common Councillor Bill Farren says there’s going to be another meeting with the residents who want a breakwater built to prevent further erosion.
Farren says initially, a few months ago, city engineers didn’t think a breakwater would work. He likens the situation to what happened several years ago along Red Head Road but not as bad.
