The Saint John Sea Dogs have made their picks at the 2018 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League Entry Draft.
Saint John had three first-round picks and chose defencemen William Villeneuve and Jérémie Poirier, as well as Fredericton native Josh Lawrence.
Other selections include Kale McCallum and Connor Richard of the Saint John Vito’s, Riley Bezeau from St. Malachy’s, and Dawson Stairs from Rothesay Netherwood.

The Sea Dogs will host Acadie-Bathurst in their first 2018-19 pre-season game on Aug. 19.
