Seniors’ Apartments Reopened To Visitors After COVID Outbreak

Loch Lomond Villa in Saint John says visits are once again allowed at its three independent living apartment buildings.

Visits were suspended at The Crossing on Loch Lomond Road earlier in October after a COVID-19 outbreak was confirmed.

Two other apartment buildings on Ellerdale Street, The Cornerstone and The Milestone, were also closed to visitors as a precaution.

In a Facebook post late Thursday, Loch Lomond Villa said it had been given the “all clear” by Public Health.

“Thank you for your patience while we worked to keep our tenants safe and healthy,” said the post.

Visitors are reminded that all COVID protocols are still in place, including wearing a mask, physical distancing, and washing your hands frequently.
