A family of pipefitters, tradespeople and contracters will all part of the upgrade project at the Refinery.
Ralph Dempster of Master Mechanical is a pipefitter who has been part of the annual maintenance project since the 1997.
He has 7 family members taking part in Operation Falcon starting next week.
He tells us beyond his father, Andrew, his brothers were also tradespeople and they have other extended family that will be involved.
Ralph Dempster will be part of his 17th maintenance project while Matthew Dempster who works for Jacobs Employees is starting his 6th.
