Several items taken during Beaver Harbour church break-in

Mounties are looking for information as they investigate a break-and-enter at a church in Beaver Harbour.

Police believe the break-in at Beaver Harbour Baptist Church happened sometime early Tuesday morning.

Church officials said thousands of dollars worth of sound and video equipment was taken, along with three guitars.

Both doors to the building were extensively damaged, the office was trashed, and old Bibles had pages torn out, they said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact St. George RCMP at 506-755-1130 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
