Sexism Accusation Called “A Cheap Shot”

Saint John Lancaster M-L-A Dorothy Shepherd is rejecting the accusation the Conservatives are being sexist in their criticism of provincial Finance Minister Cathy Rogers.

It was Rogers who made the charge in light of the claim that Treasury Board President Roger Melanson remains in charge of the province’s finances. Shepherd calls the criticism valid.

Shepherd believes the gender card is being played by the Liberals without foundation to throw the opposition off its game.
