City police are looking into a vicious assault Sunday morning at a uptown hotel and a hit and run in the North end on Friday night.
Officers were called to Olive Street on the west side just before 3am Sunday morning about a break, enter and theft.
A person in the home woke up to noise in the front and found a man dressed all in black holding an Xbox console which he took off with heading towards Prince Street.

A 27 year old woman was treated in hospital and released and a 33 year old man is facing a charge of aggravated assault.
