City police arrested a 28-year-old man last week for impaired driving after a collision in a restaurant parking lot.
Saint John Police Force officers responded just after 9 p.m. on Thursday night after police say the driver of a truck drove into a curb.
In the crash, the truck’s airbag was deployed and paramedics treated the driver at the scene.
He was released from custody with a future court date.
