When you purchase a Smile Cookie ($2) or a Smile Cookie Plushie ($5) at participating Tim Hortons locations in Saint John, proceeds will support establishing an advanced hybrid operating room and one of the first spinal robotic surgery programs in all of Canada, at the Saint John Regional Hospital.

A look back at last year’s impact
In 2025, the Smile Cookie campaign raised over $65,000 in support of local health care. This total supported surgical excellence at the New Brunswick Heart Centre last year.
