Snow and Rain Storms Are A Headache For City Crews

Storms like the one on Sunday create a headache for city crews because of changing conditions.

Kevin Rice of Transportation & Environment Services says all available crews were out as of 530 Sunday morning plowing the roads.

He says the snowfall was followed by a period of melting and then the temperature dropped causing everything to freeze over.

He says all crews were out addressing black ice on the sidewalks and the roads.
