Saint John police are investigating the overturning of that transport truck on Highway 1 in the off-ramp at the Crown Street exit, though it’s believed that speed was a factor.
Sergeant Lori Magee says the truck, which was carrying water, was negotiating a left turn heading towards Seely Street when it struck the lights at the intersection.
The driver of the truck was not hurt in the incident.
