Storm to bring mixed precipitation to N.B. midweek

More messy weather is on the way this week.

Environment Canada has issued special weather statements for all of New Brunswick.

This latest system is expected to hit New Brunswick on Wednesday afternoon through Thursday.

It’ll bring a mix of everything, including snow, ice pellets, freezing rain and rain.

According to the weather statement, there is the potential for 10 to 18 hours of freezing rain.

Environment Canada says there is still some uncertainty in the exact track, but there is potential for significant ice accumulations.
