Summer-Like Weather Sets Temperature Records

Several temperature records were set across New Brunswick on Wednesday.

Bathurst reached a high of 23.2°C, breaking the old record of 22.2°C set in 1963.

The high of 23.1°C in the Doaktown area broke the 1963 record of 21.7°C.

Miramichi also hit 23°C, edging past the old record of 22.6°C from 2017.

Bas-Caraquet reached 22°C, which broke the previous record of 18.8°C set in 2017.

Miscou Island also thrashed its 2017 record of 15.3°C with a high of 21.2°C.
