An appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada by a New Brunswick man has been denied.
Fred Prosser was convicted in December 2012 of the first degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm, and sexual assault of 25 year old Sabrina Patterson.
She went missing in October of 2010 and her body was found in November.
Prosser was attempting to appeal his conviction. His lawyers had argued there were errors in his case.
