The deceased man found floating in Lily Lake at Rockwood Park yesterday drowned.
The Saint John Police Force tell us autopsy results have been released confirming the 59 year old man found in the water died from drowning.
Police were called to Rockwood Park after someone out for a early morning stroll discovered the man’s body floating facedown in the lake.
The SJPD said earlier that based on the items found nearby they do not think he was from the city.
